Use of the MedStork RX PI Portal application is governed by:

By accessing or using the MedStork RX PI Portal (“the Application”),
you agree to be bound by the above documents. The Terms of Use govern
user obligations, prohibited activities, intellectual property rights,
disclaimers, and limitations of liability. The Privacy Policy describes
how we collect, use, and share your data.

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis,
with all warranties expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law.
